Barkman Concrete Ltd. is seeking a Production Worker to assist with precast concrete manufacturing. The full-time evening schedule runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. On-the-job training supports work involving forms, concrete materials, safety procedures, and physical production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general heavy labour in a precast concrete facility
- Assemble, prepare, and dismantle concrete forms
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete materials
- Use saws and pneumatic hand tools
- Maintain quality workmanship while following safety regulations
Requirements:
- Work effectively in a team workplace
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Manage physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach, and operate equipment
- Wear required protective equipment and follow safe work procedures
