As Roads Labour Foreperson I, you will coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and contracted resources for winter maintenance. You will assign daily work, monitor productivity, inspect sites, and adjust resources according to weather and service demands. Accurate operational records and regulatory compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sidewalk snow and ice control operations
- Assign work and supervise Pedestrian Mobility Team staff
- Monitor weather, productivity, inspections, and service levels
- Coordinate equipment, materials, personnel, and contractors
- Maintain labour, equipment, material, and service records

Requirements:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Two years’ related experience or equivalent
- Valid Alberta Class 3 Driver's License with Q endorsement
- Completion of Safety and First Aid courses
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
