Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesLead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the Firm's Data Governance strategy, roadmap, and prioritiesDrive governance initiatives and programs that strengthen data quality, ownership, lifecycle management, information protection, and AI readinessProvide recommendations to leadership and governance committees on emerging risks, opportunities, and governance decisionsEstablish success measures, monitor program outcomes, and manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple initiativesBuild strong partnerships across Service Lines, Regions, Resource Groups, IT, and business stakeholders to align governance practices with organizational objectivesAct as a trusted advisor, influencing the adoption of sustainable data governance practices while balancing business needs and operational realitiesCollaborate with technical teams to support governance initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Purview, data classification, retention, reporting,
