Build C and C++ software for networking products at Fortinet, using Linux or Unix expertise and strong TCP/IP knowledge.This Software Developer role focuses on agent security and networking-related products. You will develop and maintain components, fix bugs, and research systems software across management, control, and data planes. Collaboration with Dev Ops and quality assurance supports high-quality, scheduled delivery.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain components for current and future networking productsFix bugs in existing products through hands-on troubleshootingResearch, optimize, and tune systems softwareImplement high-quality software features on scheduleCollaborate closely with Dev Ops and quality assurance teamsRequirements: Robust C and C++ programming experience in Linux or UnixGood understanding of the TCP/IP network stackFamiliarity with Linux kernel networking structures and packet flowStrong networking debugging and troubleshooting skillsCanadian citizenship is requiredApply networking software development, systems optimization, and debugging skills to Fortinet’s agent security products.#J-18808-Ljbffr
