Kent seeks a Junior Civil/Structural Engineer with two or more years of experience. You will assist engineers, analyze smaller projects or structural components, and contribute to engineering deliverables. The role includes collaboration with senior engineers and participation in the Kent Graduate Development Program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Civil/Structural engineers with assigned tasks under close supervision
- Support designs and analyses for structures and project components
- Complete tasks according to project plans and TDR requirements
- Check work against specifications, procedures, and design standards
- Complete the Kent Graduate Development Program

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Two or more years of experience
- Awareness of Canadian, international, and industry standards
- Knowledge of safety and quality procedures
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
