Support healthcare technology and clinical workflows as a full time Health Informatics Analyst at Hotel Dieu Shaver in Niagara Region. Deliver training and troubleshooting across hospital systems.

Reporting to the Director of Health Informatics & Patient Relations, this permanent position supports the Hospital Information System and enterprise applications. The Analyst works with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, leaders, vendors, and regional partners. Key systems include Oracle Health, Cerner Millennium, UKG, Emerald, WellSky, Microsoft 365, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide primary operational support for HIS and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Develop training materials and deliver system education




- Analyze workflows and recommend optimization opportunities
- Coordinate testing, onboarding, and system implementation activities

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree in Health Informatics
- Three to five years' informatics or health IT experience preferred
- Experience supporting HIS implementation, training, and users
- Understanding of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
- Project management, analytical, communication, and change management skills
