About The RoleWe are currently seeking a Business Insights & Analytics Manager. This role lead’s the evolution of our analytics capabilities in the dynamic retail and direct sales industries. The position is responsible for turning complex business questions and data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical leader and business partner who can identify the right questions, guide the team in uncovering the “so what” behind the data, and translate insights into clear recommendations for business leaders while advancing advanced analytics and AI adoption.What you’re responsible for:Lead the development and execution of an analytics agenda aligned to business priorities and strategic objectivesEnsure the team moves beyond descriptive reporting to identify trends, drivers, opportunities, risks, and actionable insightsEstablish standards for high-quality analysis and ensure insights clearly articulate the “so what” and recommended actionsIdentify opportunities to apply forecasting, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, segmentation, and machine learning to business problemsGuide the team in selecting appropriate analytical methodologies and translating complex analysis into business recommendationsPartner with senior business leaders to identify strategic questions, opportunities, and problems that can be addressed through data and analyticsAct as a trusted advisor and thought partner, challenging assumptions and bringing forward insights that influence business decisionsLead the adoption of generative AI, AI-powered analytics, and emerging technologies to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of analytical workLead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analytics & Insights Analysts, building solid analytical, business, and communication capabilitiesCollaborate with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance,



and other functions to understand priorities and identify opportunities for analytics to create valueProvide strategic oversight of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions to ensure they support decisions and do not replace deeper analysisCoordinate with BI, Data, and Technology teams to ensure analytical solutions are supported by reliable, scalable, and appropriately governed dataTo join our teamBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related analytical discipline (retail or data-driven environment preferred)Strong experience in data analysis, SQL, statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive analytics, and/or advanced analytical techniquesExperience with analytical and visualization technologies such as SQL, Python, Domo, Power BI, Tableau, R, or similar platformsFamiliarity with machine learning, generative AI, and AI-powered analytical tools is an assetStrong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business priorities into analytical opportunities and influence decisionsProven people leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing analytical talent and creating a high-performing team environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex analysis to senior leaders and non-technical audiencesHighly curious and proactive, with the ability to challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and drive analytical initiatives from question through to business impactThe salary for this role is $100 K to $110 K, with a yearly eligible 10% bonus.Your final compensation will reflect your years of experience and beyond the numbers, we’re proud to offer a holistic package that includes:Generous time off: Start with 3 weeks of vacation.Comprehensive benefits package: Includes medical, dental, vision and a health spending
