Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:*** Understand the nature of the changes to be deployed, assess the gaps with the current situation and contribute to the analysis of organizational impacts on processes, roles and skills; * Participate in the development and implementation of change management strategies; * Contribute to communication, mobilization and training plans as well as the design of support tools for users; * Measure adherence to changes, identify resistance risks, and recommend appropriate corrective actions; * Coordinate work between the various teams, sites and stakeholders, while ensuring alignment between change management,



business development and operations; * Advise and support managers, product owners and the various stakeholders involved in the changes; * Plan, coordinate and facilitate committees, workshops and meetings, including the preparation of agendas, supporting documents and minutes; * Monitor the progress of the work, conduct gap analyses, raise issues and contribute to their resolution; * Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with the management frameworks and accountability rules in force; * Collect, analyze and document the client's needs and contribute to the implementation of current processes in collaboration with the experts concerned; * Communicate relevant information to internal teams, including the integrator architect, and contribute to project reviews.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Hold an undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) in business administration, information technology, management or another relevant field; * Have a minimum of five(5) years of experience as a Change Management Coordinator; * Have completed, as a change management coordinator, five (5) mandates of at least 105 person-days each, as part of five (5) projects of at least 2,500 person-days each, in one or more of the following areas: communication, information technology, training, project management and business analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
