You are the client's single point of contact from signed contract to final walkthrough. You build the schedule, order materials, coordinate our crews and trades, run the budget, and make sure every room is handed over as designed — on time, and without surprises. Responsibilities What you'll do Plan and schedule 4–8 concurrent renovation projects Manage budgets, change orders and progress billing Coordinate crews, subtrades, permits and inspections Order and track materials and long-lead items Run weekly client updates and site meetings Close projects with deficiency lists and clean handover Must have 3+ years managing residential renovation or construction projects Strong with schedules,
