As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will establish, qualify, and maintain regional customer contacts. You will increase parts and service solution sales through technical expertise and exceptional relationship building. The position supports Caterpillar customers and requires product support sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote parts sales, exchange components, and customer support agreements
- Develop marketing, prospecting, closing, and territory plans
- Present Caterpillar parts and service through service facilities
- Reduce Caterpillar fleet operating costs with maintenance solutions
- Keep customers informed about Caterpillar products and offerings
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education
- At least five years of product support sales experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- French and English bilingualism is an asset
