New Hire Orientation, DOT, Safe work plans)Job Requirements5+ years of previous Flooring/ Construction Operations Management experience requiredMust have good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safetyExcellent communication skillsAnalytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational/time management skillsValid State driver's license (in good standing)
