Follow your star!Norda Stelo means Star of the North, where the possibilities are endless in terms of innovation, development and commitment.Our vision is collective and our DNA is truly human!The team behind the geniusNorda Stelo is seeking an Intermediate / Senior Structural Engineer to join our Vancouver office and support industrial and heavy industrial projects across the Lower Mainland and Western Canada.This role is intended for an experienced structural engineer who can contribute technically to the design and assessment of industrial structures, provide technical leadership to project teams, and independently manage small to intermediate-size projects.The successful candidate will work closely with our Vancouver-based engineering team and multidisciplinary project groups, supporting clients through design, site investigations, construction, modifications, and operational phases.Our expertise is diversifying, how about you?Lead and perform structural design and analysis of industrial steel and concrete structuresProvide technical leadership and guidance to engineers and designers on assigned projectsManage small to intermediate-size structural engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, coordination, and deliverablesPerform site visits, field inspections, condition assessments, and investigations for industrial facilities and structuresReview existing structures and develop practical recommendations for repairs, modifications, strengthening, or upgradesCoordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teamsSupport constructability reviews and construction support activitiesReview structural calculations, drawings, technical reports, and engineering documentationParticipate in project coordination meetings and technical discussions with clientsMentor and support junior engineers and designersSupport proposals, project planning,



and business development activitiesMaintain strong client relationships and act as a reliable technical point of contactOur essentialsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProfessional Engineer designation (P.
