Lead reporting, analytics, and search optimization for Mackenzie Investments’ hybrid Knowledge Management team in a three-day office work model.

As a Reporting and Insights Manager, you will shape knowledge and content management across IGM Financial. You will evolve Coveo search and the SharePoint CMS while delivering data-driven insights. The work supports employee information discovery, content governance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and publish Power BI and Coveo analytics dashboards
- Translate usage data into actionable search and governance insights
- Lead Coveo releases and SharePoint CMS updates
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply enhancements
- Optimize relevancy, query pipelines, metadata,



and content organization

Requirements:

- Experience managing Coveo search and SharePoint CMS platforms
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Understanding of search performance and content engagement data
- Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, and content organization
- Ability to support AI-enabled knowledge management solutions
