CAA Saskatchewan seeks a Member Services Representative reporting to the Office Manager. Support members with CAA memberships, SGI motor licensing, auto travel services, and administrative processing. The position requires customer service experience, insurance sales experience, and robust communication. You will help deliver service across memberships, licensing, travel, and insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships
- Assess member needs and recommend appropriate products
- Process SGI registrations, renewals, licensing, and appointments




- Issue license plates and related documentation accurately
- Complete payments, data entry, files, and records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of insurance sales experience
- Valid Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licence
- Microsoft Office Suite and Axis System proficiency
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
