Deliver friendly customer service at Michaels in Hamilton, Ontario, while helping shoppers find products and completing fast, friendly checkouts.

As a Service Team Member, you will support customers throughout the store and execute cash handling to standards. The work includes Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, Voice of Customer surveys, and Omni channel processes. You will also support truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and Custom Framing training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate products and provide shopping solutions
- Complete rapid, friendly checkouts and enrollments
- Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes
- Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and complete planograms
- Maintain store recovery and in-stock standards

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves
- Must be at least sixteen years old
