This Sales Associate supports the store’s print and customer service areas through its selling model. You will learn products and services, offer tailored recommendations, and help meet customer needs. The work includes POS transactions, print order intake, and in-store production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and increase customer satisfaction
- Recommend tailored products and services using the selling model
- Handle POS, shipping, and marketing transactions
- Complete print order intake, pickup, and production
- Maintain supplies, merchandising, signage, and inventory standards
Requirements:
- Three months to one year of retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team workplace
- Ability to maintain Health and Safety policies
- Ability to maintain Asset Protection and Privacy Policies
