Each of our developers works with a team of AI coding agents. Agents draft the plans, write the code and tests, and run in parallel across many repositories. The developer owns the architecture, the judgment calls and the quality bar. Go, Rust or Type Script is a plus, since our scanners and dashboard use them.Cloud-native experience on AWS, with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and KubernetesA record of diagnosing hard problems in distributed systems: performance bottlenecks, consumer lag, race conditions, database contentionHands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agents or similar), and opinions on where it helps and where it hurtsGood engineering judgment: you can tell a plausible change from a correct one, and you read code critically, including code you didn't writeClear written communication.
