Hydreight Technologies is looking for a Product Owner with strong technical acumen to support productexecution across our platform. This is an onsite role reporting to the Product Leader. You'll act as a bridgebetween development, UX/UI and business teams, translating priorities into transparent, actionable requirementsand following through until they're delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily with the offshore development team, with working hours aligned to EST to support timely handoffs and follow-upTranslate priorities from the Product Leader into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within JiraManage the product backlog and proactively follow up with the responsible team members to keep items movingtoward completionWork closely with developers and UX/UI designers day to day so features are well understood and implementedeffectivelyParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviewsCommunicate functional requirements, user flows, and system behavior clearly to both technical and non-technicalaudiencesValidate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria to ensure quality and completenessReview API documentation and work with engineers to define integration requirements and verify API-drivenworkflowsSupport the creation of release notes, internal documentation, and user training materialsHelp collect and organize product usage data and user feedback to support decision-making by the Product LeaderEscalate workflow gaps,



system dependencies, or technical constraints to the Product Leader rather than resolvingthem independentlyRequired Skills & Experience3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a Saa S or B2 B platform environmentProven ability to write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteriaHands-on experience managing Jira (epics, stories, tasks, sprints)Solid understanding of APIs, JSON structures, and system integrations, with the ability to read and discuss technical documentation comfortablyFamiliarity with concepts such as microservices, data modeling, and RESTful architectureExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional and offshore teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment and adapting quickly to changing requirementsWillingness to work EST hours to overlap with offshore development team coordinationWillingness to support occasionally outside standard working hours when required for critical delivery timelinesStrong team player who works well with people across different functions and time zonesGood communicator who can explain technical ideas in plain terms and keep stakeholders in the loopStrong analytical and critical-thinking skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience with B2 B platforms, multi-tenant systems, or marketplacesExposure to
