The work includes daily reconciliations, TLM match and clear requests, journal entries, and outstanding-break investigations. Dealer Relations responsibilities include maintaining contacts, distributing notices, reviewing salesperson reports, and responding to inquiries. Success depends on accurate, timely completion within agreed timelines and service-level agreements. The position requires two to three-plus years of financial services experience, strong communication, organization, prioritization, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily trust accounting reconciliations and TLM clearing requests




- Submit correctly formatted journal entries before deadlines
- Investigate outstanding breaks and provide supporting documentation
- Maintain dealer contacts and distribute timely notices
- Respond to dealer inquiries through phone, email, and workflows

Requirements:

- Two to three-plus years of financial services experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including process-improvement macros
