Northland Properties is considering a full time Night Audit Agent for its 118-room downtown Toronto hotel. You will support overnight front desk operations, guest requests, payments, and accounting processes. The position requires customer service experience, computer proficiency, and careful problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide courteous overnight guest welcomes and exceptional service
- Complete guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment collection
- Audit room rates, balances, charges, and billing instructions
- Process nightly systems, credit card deposits, and wake-up calls
- Report emergencies,



repairs, unusual matters, and security concerns

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- One year of guest service, front desk, or accounting experience
- Strong computer systems knowledge; OPERA experience is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
