Analyze pension requirements and configure CPAS v5 products while supporting clients through development, implementation, and system changes.

This Pension Business Analyst works within a project delivery team and bridges pension clients with programmers and IT groups. The work covers Canadian Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans, requirements gathering, business process improvement, and client relationship management. You will analyze data, document functional specifications, and support technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements
- Configure client and plan rules in CPAS v5 products
- Support clients during development, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Prepare specifications,



release notes, test plans, and delivery documents
- Provide client training and participate in status meetings

Requirements:

- Advanced experience working with pensions or actuarial science
- Strong understanding of Canadian Defined Contribution pension methods
- Strong requirements gathering experience
- Valuable understanding of technology, applications, and SDLC
- Experience with Jira and proficiency with Excel
