Shape cybersecurity compliance at Service Now through cloud controls, audit leadership, and AI-enabled compliance practices across the organization.As a Staff Compliance Analyst, you will execute certification strategy within the Service Now Security Organization. The work spans third-party assurance programs, security risk assessments, compliance testing, and cloud operational processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Security, Operations, and GRC teams to measure compliance, communicate control intent, and recommend pragmatic improvements.Key Responsibilities:



Maintain existing third-party assurance programs and analyze recent programsMonitor controls and execute security compliance testing activitiesFacilitate information gathering for internal and external auditsLead certification and customer audits onsite or remotelyEnhance GRC tools and processes for compliance needsRequirements: Eight or more years in cybersecurity compliance, risk, or auditingRecent experience with at least three listed compliance programsExperience in Saa S, cloud, or Big Four security practicesExperience using a GRC system and preparing compliance reportsExcellent verbal, written communication, and report writing skillsApply cybersecurity compliance expertise, cloud controls knowledge, audit leadership, and AI thinking to Service Now’s certification strategy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
