Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates across Accounting and Finance functions
- Manage contract and permanent searches at diverse levels
- Source and headhunt candidates through accepted offers
- Build relationships with candidates and reputable employers
- Recruit across diverse corporate office-based functions
Requirements:
- At least five years of agency full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strategic recruitment experience across diverse corporate searches
- Professional, clear, diplomatic, and effective communication
- Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
