Sales Associates provide fast, friendly service by assessing customer needs and recommending suitable products, related items, and services. You will support customers throughout projects while building knowledge across your department and adjacent departments. The position reports to a Department Supervisor and emphasizes effective communication, customer focus, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet, engage, and thank customers using the GET Model
- Assess projects and escort customers to appropriate merchandise
- Recommend products, services, and related project items




- Educate customers about complete project solutions
- Maintain signed, displayed, and clean product stock

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer-focused approach with effective communication
- Interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Retail or Trade experience of one to two years is an asset
- Availability for adaptable evening and weekend schedules
