Provide person-centered nursing care as a part time Licensed Practical Nurse with Extendicare, using clinical judgment and care coordination skills. Reporting to the Director of Care or Director of Health & Wellness, the LPN delivers planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care. You will assess residents, maintain documentation, administer treatments, and coordinate services according to provincial standards. The position supports long-term care residents through collaborative practice.
