Lead Workday HCM strategy and HR technology architecture as Senior Director, HR Systems, Product Owner, partnering across SE Health’s enterprise ecosystem. Reporting to the VP, HR Transformation & Total Rewards, this senior leader guides HR systems strategy, implementation, governance, and evolution. The position combines technical expertise with HR domain knowledge across Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Learning, Talent Management, and Health & Safety. It also provides consultation to HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop multi-year HR technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy Architect integrated HCM, learning, and safety ecosystems Lead implementations, testing, adoption, and organizational change Manage vendors, governance frameworks, contracts,



and escalations Establish data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field Minimum 10 years’ progressive HR technology experience Five or more years working in the Workday HCM space Three or more years of HR systems architecture experience Robust communication, presentation, and enterprise systems skills Apply HR systems leadership, Workday HCM expertise, and strategic architecture experience to SE Health’s transformation agenda.
