Support UPS package deliveries in Nepean, Ottawa Area, using customer service skills and physical package handling. No driving is required for this part-time seasonal position.
As a seasonal Driver Helper, you assist UPS Package Drivers with deliveries and pickups at drop boxes and customer locations. You will work Monday through Friday, meeting drivers at assigned local points around Nepean. Shifts last three to five hours daily, with variable start and finish times based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet UPS drivers at assigned local meet points
- Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently
- Execute UPS package handling and delivery methods properly
Requirements:
- Work up to 25 hours weekly
- Lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
- Provide robust customer service
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Deliver packages by walking
