This individual contributor role guides digital transformation, supports business outcomes, and collaborates with innovation, information technology, and practice leaders. The position influences digital delivery, solution development, and practice support. Key Responsibilities:

Establish Energy & Resources technology strategy Assess digital initiatives, budgets, business cases, and return on investment Lead governance, security, privacy,

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant practice area Over seven years of qualified experience Comprehensive understanding of AEC digital technologies Experience implementing enterprise-wide digital practice projects Technical certifications relevant to the position Shape Stantec’s Energy & Resources digital direction through strategic leadership, analytics, automation, and secure technology implementation.
