Cloudbeds is seeking a Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding to lead the onboarding function for our fastest-growing segment. You will guide mid-market customers from contract to go-live and beyond, building scalable frameworks and a culture of continuous improvement.
You will manage a distributed team, own deployment velocity and customer satisfaction, and partner across Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management.
