Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid, 2 days in office) Lead the day-to-day delivery of complex technology initiatives across
Agile PODs, development teams, QA teams, and multiple vendor partners . Drive core
Scrum and Agile delivery activities , including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management. Coordinate development and QA execution, proactively managing
delivery risks, blockers, defects, dependencies, environments, and release readiness . Manage delivery across
complex multi-vendor environments , ensuring clear ownership, alignment of priorities, and effective coordination between internal and external teams. Provide solid technical delivery leadership by working closely with architects, developers, QA leads, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered
