As an Over-the-Counter Associate, you will assist customers and complete tasks directed by the OTC Department Manager or Pharmacy Manager. The position focuses on customer service, modular and feature presentation, patient confidentiality, and department procedures. You will also support prescription-filling equipment calibration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers while maintaining exemplary customer service
- Zone the assigned over-the-counter department area
- Rotate stock and check products for expiration
- Maintain modular and feature presentation standards




- Calibrate equipment used in prescription filling

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Maintain patient confidentiality under Privacy Act practices
- Follow ordering, clearance, markup, markdown, and pricing procedures
- Keep the area clean and free from unnecessary debris
