As Director, PLA Program & Manufacturer Partnerships, you will report to the Assistant Vice-President, Pharmaceutical Benefits & Innovation. You will lead Product Listing Agreements, pharmaceutical partnership strategies, and initiatives supporting Group Benefits drug plan competitiveness. The role requires expertise in reimbursement, market access, and pharmacoeconomic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop drug plan management and sustainability strategies
- Oversee Product Listing Agreement development and performance
- Lead pharmaceutical manufacturer negotiations and relationships




- Translate market insights into strategic recommendations
- Coach teams and align cross-functional working groups

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Seven-plus years in pharmaceutical market access or insurance
- Two to three years leading cross-functional initiatives
- Expertise in reimbursement, policy, and value propositions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
