Glen Group is hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons and Lane Closure Technicians for projects in the Nanaimo area. The work involves reading and drawing Traffic Management Plans, completing Field Level Risk Assessments, and maintaining protected work zones. Candidates coordinate with crews, supervisors, and operators while adapting setups to changing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up lane closures, tapers, detours, and traffic-control devices
- Calculate taper lengths, buffers, and sign spacing
- Monitor live traffic and adjust closures safely




- Inspect signage and equipment throughout each shift
- Complete logs, FLRAs, and incident reports accurately

Requirements:

- At least nine months of TCP experience
