U-Haul seeks Customer Service Representatives in Etobicoke to assist customers, manage rentals, and inspect equipment using smartphone-based U-Scan technology.

This part time position supports customers inside and outside the U-Haul center. You will explain products and services, dispatch and return equipment, and participate in ongoing U-Haul University education. On-the-job education is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
- Manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology
- Clean, inspect, and check equipment fluid levels
- Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
- Participate in ongoing U-Haul education

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work around moving machinery and chemicals
- Willingness to use required protective gear
