This leadership position owns group-wide annual planning, forecasting, and strategic modelling. You will support Finance Business Partnering teams, guide target setting, and create decision-support tools. Key Responsibilities:

- Own enterprise forecasting and annual business planning
- Coordinate assumptions, timelines, and senior leadership reviews
- Present final planning materials to the Board
- Own Adaptive Planning and long-term strategic forecasting
- Analyze enterprise performance drivers and investment allocation

Requirements:

- CPA designation
- 10-15+ years of progressive finance experience
- Solid organizational, analytical, and conceptual skills
- Ability to work strategically and in the details
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries
