As a Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You’ll work with senior leaders across the Capital One organization to create solutions that drive transformational business change. Credit Advisor partnering with business leadership working across the Canada business and with strong links to UK and US Card Review and challenge of first line strategy to drive better business and customer outcomes High degree of senior exposure to leaders in Canada and Credit Risk Management organizations You will lead a team to formulate strategies, collaborate with experts in areas like underwriting, portfolio management, and customer acquisitions, and influence senior leadership on critical decisions. We work in agile,



cross‑functional teams so you’ll also have the opportunity to learn from others like Data Scientists, Process Managers and Brand Strategists too. Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory behavior Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go‑to‑market strategies Credit Risk: Drive step‑change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently Technology and Software Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability Strategic planning with a 1-3 year horizon. Coaching and mentoring associates throughout the organization with a goal of developing and retaining talent at Capital One. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation, given that a large part of the business is based on rigorous analytic marketing & credit risk management Clear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals.



4+years of work experience inclusive of quantitative analysis and project management Demonstrated ability to drive business strategy from inception to implementation, leading cross‑functional teams A bachelor’s degree or higher 4+years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, or; Enjoy a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office.
