As Manager, National Credit, you will supervise a team handling time-sensitive, complex exception-based, and specialized credit processes. The position requires managerial experience, change management, and collaboration with regulators, auditors, Finance, and Royal Bank partners. You will balance operational risk, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish goals, manage performance, and recognize strong team performance
- Oversee complex credit processes and mitigate operational risks

Requirements:

- Four-year degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Five-plus years of securities, banking, technology, or related experience
