As a Principal, you will source opportunities, lead execution, and oversee investment relationships and performance. The $300M fund invests in women-led, high-growth, innovative technology companies across Canada. Your work will span due diligence, investment memos, portfolio support, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initial company assessments and investment recommendations
- Build networks for deal flow and syndication
- Orchestrate complex due diligence analyses
- Prepare Investment Memos for Investment Committee presentations
- Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation

Requirements:





- Seven to ten years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Thorough understanding of sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management
- Advanced Excel financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Transparent investment writing and structured problem-solving abilities
