Advanced power system studies define this senior consulting role with Siemens Grid Software. Work remotely anywhere in Canada using PSCAD and PSS®E. As a Senior Power Systems Consultant, you will support Siemens Grid Software’s Power Technologies International team. You will perform transmission simulations for utilities, regional transmission organizations, and energy asset owners. The work covers renewable integration, storage, FACTS, and reliable grid operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead advanced dynamics, EMT, interconnection, and grid compliance studies Model synchronous machines, inverter resources, and control systems Track milestones, assumptions, scope, schedules, budgets,



and quality Document methodologies and produce technical reports and presentations Mentor consultants and automate simulation workflows and quality control Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering Five-plus years performing power system studies Hands-on PSCAD and electromagnetic transient simulation expertise Power flow and dynamic stability experience using PSS®E Robust English communication and willingness to travel ten percent Apply power system modeling, PSCAD, PSS®E, and technical leadership to Siemens grid consulting projects across Canada.
