Support international students at EF Language Abroad’s Toronto Campus through residence operations, student welfare, and clear communication on-site.

As a Residence Advisor, you will work under the Housing Department and report to the Residence Coordinator. You will support students at The Well EF residence through arrivals, departures, activities, and daily assistance. The schedule ranges from 15 to 35 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage student check-ins, check-outs, room changes, and fobs
- Lead residence orientations and share important updates
- Inspect rooms and maintain apartment and facility standards
- Organize activities and support a positive residence community
- Assist with Host Family visits, recruitment, and administration

Requirements:





- Working fluency in English across reading, writing, and speaking
- Approachable, friendly, positive, cutting-edge, and detail-oriented
- Experience abroad, student services, hospitality, or international education preferred
- Availability Mondays, Thursdays, weekends, and occasional evenings
- Full working rights in Canada and commuting access to downtown Toronto
