Lead Hot Topic store coverage with retail selling expertise and music and pop culture knowledge during the seasonal period. Support customers and store leadership.

As a Seasonal Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager, customer experience, and daily operations. You will use product knowledge, selling skills, and fandom expertise while helping meet sales targets. The role includes training Sales Associates and supporting store leadership when the Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide memorable shopping experiences that encourage customer returns
- Support store leadership and run the store when needed
- Drive sales through UPT, ADT, and add-on selling
- Maintain sales floor zones and visual standards
- Open, close, and operate the register accurately

Requirements:

- Previous retail workplace experience
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and move 50-pound boxes
