This Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Associate supports customers choosing and managing personal insurance products. You will answer product questions, assess needs, process account updates, and resolve inquiries. The position includes mentoring and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers about personal insurance products and services
- Answer product questions through inbound customer interactions
- Assess needs and promote suitable insurance products
- Process payment changes and update customer accounts accurately
- Resolve telephone and electronic customer inquiries
Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and French
- Sales and customer loyalty experience desirable
- Ability to pass the provincial insurance licensing exam
- Eligibility to work in Canada throughout employment
