Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Canadian Tire’s Store Design & Renewal portfolio in Toronto, with campus work four days weekly.

As Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with Store Design, Concept Renewal, Fixture Procurement, POP Line Review, and In-store Marketing. You will manage project financials, explain performance drivers, identify risks, and support investment decisions. The role reports to the AVP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual budgets and in-year reforecasting activities
- Manage month-end processes, accruals, and financial controls
- Analyze budget, forecast, and actual variances
- Track project budgets, commitments, invoices, and forecasts
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights





Requirements:

- Three to six years of progressive finance experience
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and financial systems experience
- Robust accounting principles and reporting standards knowledge
- Experience partnering with non-finance teams and senior stakeholders
