Coach new Servers or Bartenders at Cineplex while delivering exceptional Guest Service during restaurant shifts. Use hands-on training and real-time feedback.

The Player Trainer, Direct supports training and development through assigned coaching. You will model service excellence, reinforce procedures, and share feedback with management. The work includes supporting Guest Service metrics, including NPS, while performing regular certified-role duties. You will also reinforce safety expectations and escalate concerns appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on training for new Servers or Bartenders
- Coach restaurant Players during shifts with real-time feedback
- Reinforce policies, procedures, and service best practices
- Model service excellence and support Guest Service metrics




- Report safety concerns and equipment issues to management

Requirements:

- Minimum six months of service with Cineplex
- No documented performance issues and Player Trainer enrollment or certification
- Smart Serve or required alcohol service certification
- Robust Guest Service, product knowledge, and certified-role execution
- Organized, calm under pressure, and able to meet scheduling requirements

Use coaching, product knowledge, and service excellence to develop Cineplex Servers or Bartenders during daily operations.
