About the OpportunityParker Huggett has partnered on a confidential basis with a well-established and highly regarded ICI general contractor in Calgary to grow their project delivery team. Backed by a strong and growing pipeline of institutional, commercial, and industrial work across Alberta, our client is looking for experienced Senior Project Coordinators and Project Managers who are ready to take ownership of complex builds from pre-construction through to closeout.Duties include but are not limited to:Managing all phases of ICI construction projects, from tendering and procurement through to project closeoutOverseeing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budgetActing as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycleReviewing, negotiating, and administering subcontracts, change orders, and purchase ordersLeading and mentoring project coordinators, site supervisors, and junior team membersEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations on every siteSupporting a smooth transition from preconstruction into execution and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processesAbout YouThe successful candidate will have the following:5+ years of progressive experience in ICI construction, in a Senior Project Coordinator or Project Manager capacityA proven track record delivering institutional, commercial,
