This Personal Support Worker prospect provides in-home care within Nurse Next Door’s Happier Aging philosophy. The work includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and care-plan execution. You will use dementia strategies, maintain safety, and document client support accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care
- Execute client care plans outlined by the Care Designer
- Use dementia strategies to prompt and redirect ADLs
- Meet client safety needs and use equipment properly
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

- PSW certification and one year caregiving experience
- Experience supporting clients with dementia
- Fluent spoken and written English communication
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Valid driver’s license required
