Synergy Projects Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Construction Foreman for its Edmonton team. You will coordinate site activities, supervise employees and subcontractors, and help achieve project schedules. The work includes general construction, design-build, construction management, and tenant improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
- Supervise carpenters, apprentices, and labourers
- Coordinate assignments, deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
- Monitor productivity, progress, reports, and site records




- Maintain OH&S; compliance and quality control requirements

Requirements:

- Journeyman Carpenter, Red Seal, trade diploma, or equivalent experience
- Commercial construction Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent experience
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Valid driver's license, transportation, WHMIS 2015, and CSTS 2020
