Advance Mohawk College philanthropy through alumni engagement and donor relationship-building in a full time hybrid role based at Fennell Campus. The Senior Alumni & Development Specialist strengthens the alumni giving pipeline and deepens donor relationships. Reporting to the Director, Engagement & Stewardship, this senior specialist develops fundraising strategies, manages prospects, and supports campaigns. The position collaborates with College leadership, faculty, Advancement colleagues, volunteers, and community partners to advance strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities: Lead annual giving strategy focused on alumni participation Manage mid-level, leadership-level, and planned giving prospects Identify, cultivate, solicit,
