Key Responsibilities:
- Process foreign currency, travelers cheques, coins, bills, and cash adjustments
- Monitor and report discrepancies and suspicious cash activities
- Redeem value chips and gaming tickets for cash
- Verify machine fills, jackpots, credits, and table transactions
- Document and reconcile transactions, floats, and deposits
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of high-volume cash-handling experience
- Serving it Right Certification
- Ability to obtain a Gaming License
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Service-oriented communication with customers and teams
