The Assistant Park Manager supports the Park Manager while developing through hands-on experience and mentorship. This role builds exposure to financial planning, daily operations, staff training, and leadership decision-making. You will help frontline teams deliver consistent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure WildPlay guest service and employee conduct standards
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff mentoring
- Develop schedules and support ongoing training sessions
- Support cash management, reporting, and budget tracking

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ frontline service industry experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience with frontline staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and risk management awareness
- Enthusiasm for growth and leadership development
